f. Reduce sugary or salty foods and refined-grain products

Sugar is added to variety of foods while salt is used in many foods to taste, you should endeavour to reduce your sugar and salt consumption level.

g. Get Moving

A healthy diet will improve your energy and feelings of well-being while you are at the same time reducing risk of many diseases.
