Breast Cancer can be described as a lump or mass that start to develop when the rate of cell growth become faster than the rate the cells are dying. If it is at the early stage it can be located in one spot as a lump or mass and can be felt or noticed through self examination of the breasts.

When you observe something odd on your breast consult your doctor immediately for an easier and more successful treatment; this is because if you neglect this growth it can easily spread through the blood system to other parts of the body such as liver, lungs, bone etc.

Breast cancer can be deadly and the ability to know its signs is very important for any woman that seek to avoid or prevent this painful disease. i. Looking through a mirror (Mirror Examination
ii. Feeling the breast with hands (Feeling Examination)

A. Looking Through a mirror
1. Standing with both hands by you side;
2. Hold both hands above your head; and
3. Put both hands on your hips (Akimbo) and tighten your chest muscles with your hands still on your hips.

B. Feeling your breast with your hands
(1) Feel your breast for unusual lump, thickenings or nipple discharge by using your 3 middle fingers of your hand to examine the opposite breast.First press lightly, then increase the pressure, then squeeze the nipple lightly to check for any discharge.

(2) In another way you can also examine your breast lying down
(i.) Place a pillow or folded towel under your shoulder;
(ii) Put your right hand on your head then examine your breast gently with the other hand.

(3) Breast examination can also be better done under shower.

Ovulation in women

We cannot say what is the main problem and have to all test at proper time. Infertility main problem the women are facing with Ovulation. If the menstrual cycle is time to time then ovulation will be perfect. The normal menstruation time is 28-30 days. If the menstrual is more than 35 days then there is a problem with the ovulation which can affected on pregnancy.

As per the ultrasonography doctor can predict the ovulation procedure and time of ovulation. If the ovulation is not happening then they give the tablets like letrozole, clomid and other ovulation medicine.

Now a days this is the common problem with ladies for ovulation and they have to consult the infertility specialist who can give proper guidance.

Menstruation cycle day 1-5 is for normal bleeding, after 5 days the follicles developed in the ovary. Normally 80% of women can ovulate after 14 days of menstrual cycle if the menstruation is 28-30 days.

Predict the Ovulation Symptoms :
But normally women who are trying to conceive can make the chart as per below symptoms :
01. Temperature chart : After cycle day 10 shall make the temperature chart in the morning. If the temperature is high compare to normal days then there is a ovulation procedure start.
02. Cervical Mucus : After the menstruation cervical mucus disappeared, in the middle of cycle after 10 days there is egg white cervical mucus appeared and conception chances are moderate. But after 14 days of cycle the clear cervical mucus we can see and on that period the fertility chances are high.
03. Abdominal Cramping : After 10-14 days of cycle when ovulation is occurred then there is a bit of abdominal cramping.
04. Ovulation Predictor Kit : You can predict the ovulation using Ovulation Predictor Kit after 13 days from menstruation cycle.

Fertilization :
After making the relation on the fertile period from 14-20 days on regular cycle the fertilization can occurred in a week or 16 days.
If fertilization not occurred the shed of lining of uterus is take place for new menstruation procedure.

What Is Swine Flu?

Swine Flu is a respiratory ailment which has identical symptoms to common flu. Swine Flu was considered to have originated with pigs, but now it has spread among human beings as well. 3) We need to practice and maintain good hygiene. In case you sneeze, cover your mouth with a disposable tissue paper or at least a handkerchief. Always wash your hands especially before taking food and after sneezing or blowing your nose.

4) Avoid sharing utensils and drinks while dining. While having food it is a common practice for people to share utensils or share a drink. This should be completely avoided to be safe and away from Swine Flu.

5) Always wear a face mask or respirator as instructed by authorities. Face mask or respirators are potent weapons against Swine Flu and can be helpful in preventing the spread of the disease.
